How do you vet providers?
Our provider review process is being finalized. We won’t label a provider as vetted until their review is complete. Ask us about a provider’s credentials and review status before booking.
Does insurance cover this?
Lactation support may be covered by your plan, and some providers offer superbills for reimbursement. Doula and night nurse services are usually private pay. HSA/FSA eligibility varies; check with your plan before booking.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms will be shared for your booking before payment. Please review those terms and contact us if your plans change.
How fast can I get matched?
We aim to match you within 24 hours of your request. Availability depends on your location, service, and timing.
